Energy is real! Come and experience how your mind lives in your body and how physical contractions hold the energy of past experiences. Using breath, bodywork techniques, music and the sacred space of shared intention, this workshop is about the true healing power of touch.

Based on my Open Sky Bodywork, a system I have developed and practiced over the last 15 years, this workshop is open to all who want to learn and will be especially valuable to yoga teachers and bodyworkers, as well as therapists and anyone interested in authentic transformation.

Integrating anatomy, psychology and the chakra system in a thoroughly grounded and contemporary way, the Touch, Energy & Healing workshops are the growing edge of mind-body awakening.

New students will be introduced to practical tools and a fascinating experience, returning students will deepen their journey and leave with new tips and techniques.
